Foreign Office Employees Cooperative Housing Society (FOECHS) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced Consultant Engineers/Firms for the preparation of tender documents and provision of complete consultancy and construction supervision services for the rehabilitation and maintenance of roads and streets within the Society.
The consultant shall be responsible for site assessment, preparation of designs, BOQs, estimates, tender documents, bid evaluation, construction supervision, quality control, certification of contractors' bills, and preparation of completion reports.
Interested consultants/firms meeting the required qualifications and relevant experience are invited to submit their EOI along with their company profile, relevant experience, and PEC registration (where applicable). Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted for the next stage of the procurement process.
