Dear Members,
In light of the growing community residing in FOECHS, the Management Committee has decided to develop the auctioned commercial area in Block-B, located on the main road of the society. This initiative is aimed at kick-starting commercial activities within FOECHS, providing essential services and amenities to our residents.
The society also plans to construct a commercial building within this developed area. An architect was hired in June 2022 to oversee the project, and the development of the commercial area is set to commence in September 2022.
We are excited about these developments and look forward to enhancing the commercial infrastructure of FOECHS for the benefit of our community.
